For your drinking enjoyment, we produce 6 different beers year' round. Variety is the spice of life and no one beer style is going to appease everyone all the time. Due to this we offer a broad portfolio of beers. These range from lighter styles of a golden pale and an American wheat to a darker mahogany ale and a hoppy, crisp IPA.

All are available in 6-pack bottles, 1/2 Bbl and 1/6 Bbl kegs.

20th Anniversary Addition
2008 Cellar Reserve Beers

Four times a year, we let our brewmaster show off what he can do. The results of his efforts are brought to the market in our Cellar Reserve Series of Beers. These beers are unique, flavorful, strong, and are released only when they have aged to perfection. Production time is usually 3-6 months! Each brew will be available in limited quantities on draught and hand-bottled in graceful 33-ounce bottles with a grolsch style flip-top lid , and individually hand dipped in wax.6 per case).

These higher-alcohol beers are “krausened” by blending newly fermenting beer into the finished beer to produce a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This bottle conditioning creates natural carbonation, a dense creamy head, and a fine layer of yeast on the bottom of each bottle. If properly handled, they can be “laid down” and should continue to mature in the bottle for months or even years.
