Double IPA

We use only American Pacific Northwest hops. Amarillo, Centennial and Columbus hops are added midway into the boil for smooth and balanced bitterness and a pronounced hop flavor. We add Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial later in the boil for flavor, and a combination of all four for an intense aroma. Finally, we dry-hop twice with Calypso, Bitter Gold and Chinook. The result is fruity, floral and complex, with notes of tangerine zest and fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice.

Idaho 2-Row Pale Malted Barley, Vienna and CaraHell malts give this ale its lovely pale copper hue, with flavors of orange marmalade and dried apricots, supported by a strong backbone of hoppy bitterness.

Grapefruit Gose
Fruited Gose

Grand Teton Grapefruit Gose (say, "gose-uh") is the ideal summer beer: light-bodied, low in alcohol, very flavorful, and thirst-quenching. This beer is the little brother to our gold medal winning Gose released in Summer 2016. We brewed it following traditional German practices and added our own flair: the right amount of natural Yellowstone Mineral Salt and one half-pound of Ruby Red Grapefruit puree per gallon of beer. Our brewers masterfully blended these important ingredients to make Grapefruit Gose the perfect summer beer.

Black Cauldron
Imperial Stout

If cellared properly, Black Cauldron will age for years to come. Keep out of direct light and at a constant temperature. Try pairing it with full-flavored grilled or roasted meats. Rich desserts like chocolate cake, truffles, fruit tarts, caramel flan or creme brulee are excellent matches.
