Grand Teton Hoplexity IPA

The Brewery

Grand Teton Brewing is an 11,000 square foot building that includes production and packaging facilities and walk in cold storage as well as our Pub, which also serves as both a tasting room and retail shop.

We have a 30 barrel brewhouse where we brew all of our beers and 660 barrels of fermenting tanks in our cellar, allowing for both ale and lager production. We package all of our beer in-house.

We at Grand Teton Brewing are proud of the product we produce. We strive to bring you some of the best beer you can find.

The Pub

Please remember, you are responsible for your kids and pets. Dogs must be leashed and no pets are allowed inside. Children under 21 years old must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times if they come inside the building (it’s the law!). Thanks for visiting us!

We DO NOT serve food in our pub however we invite you to bring your own food to enjoy.

At this time we are not offering tours to the public. We look forward to showing our guests around the brewhouse again in the future.

Grand Teton Brewing

Current Tap List

Lost Continent Double IPA
First Mug Mocha Porter
This beer is brewed with fresh Alpine Air Coffee, locally roasted in our home town of Victor, Idaho. We recommend getting out on the slopes and then warming up with a First Mug Mocha Porter by the ski lodge fireplace. With abundant chocolate, plum and coffee flavors, First Mug Mocha Porter is a well earned treat.
Mail Cabin Scotch Ale

Bitch Creek
This beer draws its name from the popular local playground for kayakers and fishermen. Since 2004, it’s become one of the most award-winning beers in the industry, having claimed 15 gold medals at national events. Bitch Creek perfectly balances big malt sweetness and robust hop flavor for a full bodied, satisfying mahogany ale. Like its namesake, our Bitch Creek American Brown Ale is full of character.
208 is brewed to be Idaho’s beer. This crisp drinkable ale has light body and subtle citrusy hop character. It's brewed with 100% Idaho barley, Idaho hops and pure Idaho spring water.
Parks IPA
Dreamcatcher IPA
Hoplexity IPA
Hoplexity offers an opportunity for our brewers to blend different hop combinations to showcase the variety of flavors and aromas that different hops can contribute to create and amazing brew. The same base recipe is used with unique hop combinations added for each individual release. The complexity of varying hop flavors makes Hoplexity uniquely delicious.
Sweetgrass Pale Ale
Sweetgrass Pale Ale has been the locals choice since we first brewed it in 2002. Throughout the years, the recipe has been tweaked to suit the market preference and style guidelines. Over 18 years later, this crisp and fragrant pale ale continues to stand out in a crowd. Its citrusy, resinous spiciness pairs well with bold, flavorful food.
Teton Range IPA
The flavor is juicy, like fresh squeezed tropical fruit with some pine in the background. The beer has a deep gold color and strong head retention. The crisp, balanced flavors of Teton Range IPA create a delicious, drinkable beer.
Black Cauldron Imperial Stout
There are few styles of beer more flavorful than Imperial Stout. Our thick, rich version is brewed with plenty of caramel and roasted malts and subtly spiced with Cascade and Galena hops. We accentuate the natural smokiness of the brew by adding a small amount of beechwood-smoked malt.
